Libresoft Librarian is a software product that helps schools manage their libraries. With Librarian, schools can keep track of what’s in their school library Catalogue, loan books to students and staff, and understand how students are using the library.
The software is web-based and can be accessed from any device (computer, laptop, iPad, iPhone) using a modern browser such as Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Schools access their specific library site with a URL (web address). This URL is provided to schools when we set up their system at the beginning of their subscription and is also in the Welcome Pack that is sent.
Libresoft library sites are stored on secure UK-based servers. These are ISO 27001 certified and secured to government IL4 standards. ISO 27001 is recognised worldwide as meeting information security best practices.
